About Us

Omnihedral is committed to "enriching life, learning, and doing through curated creative play". We sell all manner of tabletop games and STEM activity kits, and have a vast library of board games to rent. Events are a large part of what we do, focused on both gaming and STEM education. Omnihedral has gradually opened in early 2021, and is currently open for business in the Cotton Shed Building of Historic Savage Mill in Savage, MD.

Laura (she/her) is the principle owner of Omnihedral, and is a software systems engineer working on projects for NASA.

John (he/him) is co-owner of Omnihedral, and a physician specializing in infectious diseases.

Sköll and Hati are the canine companions of Omnihedral, givers of love and defenders of the realm.

Directions

Omnihedral has two entrances, with the Back Entrance being handicapped accessible.

Front Door Directions: From the Savage Mill main parking lot (the "Little Lot"), the Cotton Shed Building is on the left. Take the stairs down following the signs for Omnihedral and Art of Hair. Enter the door immediately at the bottom of the stairs, and Omnihedral is to the left as you come in to the lobby.

Back Door Directions: Off the circle at the junction of Washington Street and Foundry Street there is is a small loading dock with a handicapped parking spot and door, next to which is a tall sign for Art of Hair. Inside, Omnihedral is the first set of doors on the right. This is also the fastest way between us and Brewing Good Coffee Company outside.
