Reservations
We host table spaces that can be reserved in three of our unique areas any time within normal business hours. See below to reserve your space today!
Important!
- The fee for reserving a table is $5 per person, regardless of the duration of the reservation. This is paid at the end of your reservation, along with any other purchases made in-store.
- Attendees are allowed to drink or eat, including outside food (a microwave is available).
- We ask that you keep our spaces clean after your reservation concludes. Trash and recycling are available throughout the store.
- In the Barn/Loft, our tables are sturdy, our chairs are classic and comfortable dining (some antique-ish) dining chairs, we have modern large capacity surge protectors stationed throughout the store near the play areas in case electricity is needed.
- Reservations are one-hour in length. If you would like more than one hour, please indicate that on your reservation (we will extend your time to match your request, so you do not need to book multiple appointments on your own).
- You MUST know the size of your party to complete a reservation so we can allocate the appropriate table(s) and seating.
The BARN
The BARN is the main play area, with tables of many sizes, some of which can be put together as needed. Most can handle 1-4 players comfortably, some can handle a few more, grouped tables can handle 8 comfortably, or more if you get creative. It is possible you will require more than one table, so when booking space in the BARN you will have the opportunity to tell us how many tables you want, in the form.
The LOFT
The LOFT, aka the RPG Loft, is the space above the Barn's main floor. It has a TV (with HDMI cable), smart lights, and 2 large tables that can support up to 6/8 players, respectively (but additional leafs are available, but this should be plenty).
It can be used for non RPG activities, too!
The CAVERN
The CAVERN is the old/downstairs game shop. This is the quietest area, since it's not part of the main shop. Tables are rectangular, can easily be slid together to hold larger parties, and seating is office chairs (both stationary and with wheels) or plastic folding chairs.
There are TWO separate reservable spaces in the cavern.
The Big Cavern space also has smart lights, and is great to create moody atmospheres. It has multiple TVs, with HDMI cables, and can hold 10 people comfortably, as is. But can be reconfigured to hold much higher numbers (please coordinate with us to make that happen).
The Small Cavern is set up to comfortably seat 6 or so people, but the space is a little more cramped. The space has a TV with an HDMI cable, and dimmable lighting.
